Sensory Assessors:
St. Croix Sensory contracts over 60 citizens as sensory panel members. Sensory testing with trained assessors are performed with a random sample of this pool.

St. Croix Sensory is also capable of conducting consumer sensory tests utilizing untrained, novice assessors.
